Returns, Exchanges & Fit Support

We want you to love what you ordered. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept traditional returns or direct exchanges for size, color, or style preferences.

Please check sizing before ordering

Please review the size chart on each product page before purchasing, as fit may vary by style and we cannot guarantee sizing without using the chart.

If your item doesn’t fit

No worries — we offer a Fit Support Replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Keep your original item

  • Get a replacement item in a new size/style at 50% off

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Important notes

  • Items must be unworn/unwashed for issue review

  • Fit Support Replacement is limited to one discounted replacement per item

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are unable to cancel orders once production has started
